Smiles from My Day

Emme: Can we go on a walk?
Me: Soon.

Emme: Oh you need to milk Lydia first?

Me: Faith, maybe we will put you in the stroller for our walk.
Faith (looking right into my eyes): I am too big for the stroller, I need to walk.

When did my two year old become too big for the stroller? The way she said it so matter of factly was what brought the smile to my face, but I will try not to think about how fast she is growing up:(
As we are on the walk this was one of our conversations:

Emme: Mom where are your boots?

Me: Oh I am just not as cool as you girls, I don't have boots.
Emme: Oh Momma, you are beautiful and cool.
Me: I will have to record that one sweetheart for later years:)

For Sale

We have officially put our house up for sale. Right before the house that we are seeking to purchase went up for sale I had specifically been praying that God would provide us with a house that was able to provide hospitality for more people with a bigger living room and even a spare bedroom for when Mom and Dad Drago would come visit or even so that we could offer our house for others to come stay with us. This house has all that and more! God is so kind. The biggest blessing about the house is that it is right next to our dear friends the Ross'!!!! We are in awe that God has brought us this far in the process of selling our home and purchasing this specific home. Damien has done such an excellent job of leading me in trusting God's timing and of holding it all "loosely." Our home has been such a blessing to us and in this home is all that we need so if all of this does not come to be we want to remain content to be here and trust that God's plans are always for our good. Please pray with us that our house will sell within 60 days. That is the amount of time we have in order for us to be able to purchase the new home. Thank you for your prayers:)
