Happy Birthday, Precious Lydia

Dear Lydia~
My sweet two year old, you are such a joy and blessing. I love that all my days are spent with you and your sisters. You are so snugly and so cuddly with me. You give me big "arms around the neck" hugs and come up to me and ask to go "buppy" to sit on my lap. I love that=) You have such a sweet affection for your Emme and Faith. Emme loves to care for you and you will often go up to her during the day and give her a hug. You and Faithy are mischievous together;) You are also one silly little girl. You like to make us laugh with your silly faces and dances.

Buggy, I am so grateful for the blessing of two years with you. God is so kind! Daddy and I pray that you will grow to love Jesus and that He will be your Savior. Happy 2nd Birthday, Love!

I love you,
Momma Sweet Lydia

Here we are going out for Lydia's birthday date. We went to lunch and then got ice cream. It was a sweet time together.

Lydia posed as a cowgirl=)
My three girlies on Resurrection Morning!

We are without a camera right now because I had left it sitting at Chik-Fil-A and now it is nowhere to be found. So for the past few months as we have reviewed camera options and now finally ordered one and are anxiously awaiting its arrival. These are the few pics I have thanks to Mom and Dad Ryan who have let us borrow their camera on occassion.

Happy Birthday, Sweet Emme

Emme's sand castle cake=)

Damien and I took Emme out for a birthday date on Friday. I love those dates. It is so fun spending time with each girl by themselves.

We stopped at a playground on our outing.
Enjoying Chinese Food=)

Dear Emme Love~

What an absolute blessing to celebrate six years of your life! You bring so much joy to me and to all those who know you. Sweetheart, your love for Jesus continues to grow and I am reminded of you when I think of this verse, "Let your light so shine on before men that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven." Matthew 5:16 You are so eager and full of joy to serve your family and those around you. You love to make Lydia's lunch and put her in her seat. You also really enjoy playing with her. When Faithy gets hurt you are there right by her hugging her and kissing her and asking her if she is ok. When one of us is not feeling well and lying on the couch you bring us a blanket and ask us if we want a drink and a book. You are very others focused and take great delight in serving others.
This is Jesus shining out of you! I thank God for you, my sweet Emme and am so excited to watch Him continue to work in you. I am so grateful that I get to spend each day with you. I love our talks and the friendship that God continues to build between us. You are not only a dear daughter, but a dear friend.

I love you, Emme Grace,

Momma

The Lord Gives

Our little one at 10 weeks

"The Lord gave, and the Lord has taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord.” Job 1:21

We are so excited to announce that we are expecting our fourth little blessing! God is so kind and gracious. I am reminded of the verse above as I think of this little one being knit together. The last 10 months for us have been a bit emotional and have grown us closer to the Lord as we have lost 2 babies through miscarriage. God has shown His faithfulness again and again with His comfort and peace that only He can give. This pregnancy has not been without its complications and God once again asking us to trust Him and believe that He is good when He gives us blessings and when He takes those blessings away. His name is always to be blessed. So many people have prayed for our little baby and God really performed a miracle. Praise God!

This newest little Drago is due October 21st. I am about 12 weeks along and feeling nauseous. This is a very good thing and I am praising God for it! Every day with this baby I am truly grateful. Thank you Lord, for your faithfulness!

For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother's womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well. My frame was not hidden from you, when I was being made in secret, intricately woven in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed substance; in your book were written, every one of them, the days that were formed for me, when as yet there was none of them. Psalm 139:13-16

While Grandmom was Here

Mom Drago came for a visit a couple weeks ago. It was so fun to have her here for an entire week. It went way too fast and we were sad to see her go=( She cared for us all so well while she was here. I have not been feeling well so she was so gracious to clean, cook, care for the girlies, and clean up some mishaps that occured all in one morning=) Thanks, Mom for coming to the rescue=) She also treated us to some cool drinks at a fun little coffee shop on the way back from Emme's violin lesson and the library. It was yummy! Damien and I were able to enjoy a date night too thanks to her kindness. We are so blessed to have you care for us like you do, Mom. Thanks for coming to be with us. We miss you lots and love you tons. Poor grandmom, I realize there aren't any pictures of you in this collage because you are the one taking all the shots. Thanks for giving us a camera for a week. We will be glad to have one again hopefully soon.
