A Tea Party Celebration

We also celebrated Faith's 6th birthday with a tea and invited some of her friends to join her. It was a sweet time. What perfect manners these princesses had. It was fun to hear them chatting at the table over their tea and lunch. So grateful for sweet friends for my little Faith.

My Dear Faithy

(Faith celebrated her 6th birthday on the 4th of August)
My Dear Sweet Faithy,
I love watching the little lady God is molding you into. You are filled with tons of love for your family, friends, and all those around you. You are intentional to let others know how you care about them and how much they mean to you. What a sweet gift from the Lord that is! Your hugs, kisses, snuggles, pictures, words and ways you serve all of us here in our home are such a blessing and so honoring to the Lord. You definitely know how to bring a smile to my face and make me laugh. God has given you a personality that is so fun and lighthearted. Daddy and I are so grateful for your sense of humor. You care so well for all of us here. You are amazing at finding anything that is lost, cheerfully getting something when Daddy or I ask you to, and helping me with joy in the kitchen or with your chores. Your brother and sisters LOVE being with you. Eli has taken such a liking to you. I love hearing him call out, "Faif!" I love the friendship God is working with you and your siblings-it is sweet!
The sweetest words to my soul are when you talk of your love to Jesus and God. I love hearing you talk about your desire to go to heaven and your sadness for people who don't believe in Jesus. I am so excited to continue to watch your love for the Lord grow and watch the saving work that only Jesus by His grace and death on the cross can do in your heart. How dearly He loves you-He died for you, Faith Noelle, so that you could be with Him forever in heaven! That is the best gift ever!
You, my sweet little lamb, are such a dear, sweet, cherished blessing. Spending my days with you is one of my biggest joys. There is nothing I would rather do. It is and honor to be your momma-I am humbled that God would bless me with such a gift. Happy 6th birthday, my Faithy-Poo. Oh how I love you-Up Past the Heavens and Back Again=)

Our First Family Vacation

Thanks to some very dear friends of ours we were able to go on a family vacation this past July. We had so much fun and really enjoyed being together as a family with no distractions. God is so kind to bless us in this way and we are so grateful for the generosity of our friends who gave us their timeshare. We made some great memories!
